Originally established in 1647, this traditional coaching inn is situated on the Ridgeway path, Europe’s oldest highway. The inn is just off the A346, only 5 minutes from junction 15 of the M4 motorway.
Guests can enjoy a range of beers and real cask ales, along with hearty, home-cooked food.
All of the comfortable, purpose-built, en suite accommodation is housed in a quiet annex, separate from the main inn.
